Does any one know is the Zumiez in the Hilltop mall in Richmond is open on Veteran’s day?

I want to buy some Capital Black & Skulls Etnies, and I need to know so i can go there to get some new Etnies. Mine are all torn up, that is why i need to know. So if any one knows if it is open can you tell me.
